Westin Unveils New Restaurant Concept at San Francisco Airport Location

Westin Hotels & Resorts’ newest restaurant concept, Grill & Vine has opened at the Westin San Francisco Airport. The dining venue offers a modernized interpretation of the classic bar and grill designed in signature tavern style. “This is the first of what is planned to be a multi-unit restaurant concept to roll out across North America, as well as in other key markets globally at Westin Hotels & Resorts,” says Brian Abel, vice president, Food & Beverage, North America.
Grill & Vine’s design brings a taste of wine country to the hotel. Natural tones set the atmosphere, complemented by furnishings done in green, gray, and purple hues and a combination of light and dark woods. Communal table serve as centerpieces, while a menu board hangs above the kitchen.
