Sonoma County’s Farmhouse Inn Unveils RedesignAug 7, 2014
Nine new luxury guestrooms reflect the historic barns of Sonoma County's vineyards and hillsides through wood, stone, handwoven fabric,s and simple yet elegant furnishings. Large doors and windows open onto private decks nestled in a wooded grove. Carrera marble bathrooms with galvanized fixture complete the look.
"The redesign's added elements and thoughtful details enable the hotel to take full advantage of its prominent and unique location in the Russian River Valley," says Catherine Bartolomei, co-owner of Farmhouse Inn.
Opening in September, a new farm-to-table spa will feature treatments that use spring forest honey and heirloom cider apples from the hotel owner's ranch, as well as herbs grown right in Farmhouse's kitchen garden. Additional amenities will include a new fitness center and revitalized pool area.
