Tim and Kit Kemp, the duo behind Firmdale Hotels, are putting the final touches on Dorset Square Hotel in London. Opening June 18, the townhouse-turned-boutique-hotel, a member of design Hotels, boasts 38 individually designed guestrooms with their own color schemes and items gathered from around the world. Kit Kemp’s fabrics from her new collection with Christopher Farr, along with handwoven carpets from Argentina, adorn the guestrooms. One-off art pieces and furnishings contribute to the property’s eclectic vibe. Accommodations also feature striking marble and oak bathrooms with freestanding showers.

Public spaces received equal attention, from the sumptuous drawing room with an open fireplace to the intimate Potting Shed bar and restaurant featuring specially commissioned wallpaper.
