The Little Nell in Aspen will reopen in early December following a renovation by Rowland+Broughton Architecture and Urban Design, with Holly Hunt Design on the interiors. The hotel features updated interior furnishings in modern color palettes, advanced in-room smart technologies for multimedia use, and new lighting. Guestrooms also allow for more storage space for outdoor gear. The design also incorporates energy-efficient techniques and eco-conscious materials. Other vendors assigned to the project include First Finish of Columbia, Maryland, as general contractor; project management by Jones Lang LaSalle's Chicago office; and Benjamin West on FF&E procurement services.
