Gilchrist & Soames Hires Brian Garrett as EVP of Sales

Luxury hotel amenities company Gilchrist & Soames has hired Brian Garrett as executive vice president of sales. Prior to the appointment, he was vice president of the hospitality division at Astor Chocolate Corporation. Previously, he served as vice president of sales and marketing at Marietta Corporation.
During the next six months, Gilchrist & Soames expects to increase its staff by 40 positions, primarily in manufacturing, sales, marketing, and operations.
