Stawood has signed an agreement with the Alhokair Group to manage three new hotels in Saudi Arabia. Here's an overview of the projects:
- Four Points by Sheraton Mall of Arabia, scheduled to open in early 2010, will feature 300 guestrooms, two restaurants, a lobby lounge, a swimming pool with poolside snack bar, a fitness facility, a business center, and meeting and event space.
- Located 24 miles from the King Fahd International Airport and 20 miles from the Kingdom of Bahrain, Four Points by Sheraton Dhahran will offer 236 guestrooms and suites, two restaurants, fitness facilities, a pool, and 3,700 square feet of meeting space. The hotel is expected to open in early 2011.
- Aloft Riyadh, the brand's second location in the Middle East, will have 225 loft-like rooms and accoutrements such as the re:mix lobby area, the re:charge fitness center, a splash pool, and a bar.
