Wyndham Hotels will expand its Mexico and Caribbean portfolio to 25 with the completion of the 251-unit Wyndham Cacique Royale Beach Resort, located at Pirate's Bay on the west coast of Grand Turk Island. The resort is the first for Wyndham on the Turks and Caicos Islands.
Prestigious Properties will develop the resort in two phases, the first of which is expected to be complete by early next year. Beach cottages and suites will occupy 14 low-rise buildings. Guests can also expect two pools, tennis courts, a spa and fitness center, a boutique, and a full-service restaurant and bar.
