Viceroy New York Will Seek LEED Certification

Kor Hotel Group will bring the Viceroy to New York City's Hudson Square neighborhood in 2010. The firm will seek silver LEED certification for the project. Architectural firm Brennan Beer Gorman and interior designers Yabu Pushelburg will be responsible for the 168-room hotel.

Situated atop an office and retail complex, the Viceroy will include a rooftop terrace with a pool and cabanas, a VIP boardroom and lounge, several dining venues, meeting space, and an indoor-outdoor courtyard on the lobby level.
