IHG will bring a Hotel Indigo to downtown Cleveland. The hotel will occupy the first 12 floors of the famed Breuer Tower, which is being redeveloped and preserved by architectural firm Westlake Reed Leskosky.
Owner K&D Group will redesign the tower and build the Hotel Indigo to LEED standards. The brand recently formed a partnership with Earth Share, a network of environmental and conservation organizations in the U.S. Earth Share will assist Hotel Indigo in its sustainability initiatives, including water and waste reduction, eco-friendly cleaning products, and on-property recycling programs.
